Steve Clark is a newcomer within the city of Cradle Bay, and he rapidly realizes that there is one thing odd about his highschool classmates. The clique generally known as the “Blue Ribbons” are the eerie embodiment of educational excellence and clear residing. But, like the remainder of the city, they’re slightly too excellent. When Steve’s rebellious buddy Gavin mysteriously joins their ranks, Steve searches for the reality with fellow misfit Rachel.
