Synopsis
After a person with extraordinary—and frighteningly harmful—telepathic skills is nabbed by brokers from a mysterious rogue company, he discovers he’s removed from the one possessor of such unusual powers, and that a few of the different “scanners” have their minds set on world domination, whereas others are attempting to cease them.
